Home Users:

computer problems - we can investigate and offer solutions for any make/model of PC from running slow to not turning on

Network - we can find network problems or bottleneck areas in your home which could cause interference with your wireless

Telephone - we can test telephone lines throughout your house (if any problems are starting from the master socket, your service provider will need to be informed)

Please Note: a slow Internet connection cannot be helped if live to far from your exchange. we will always check and see what the best speed you can get is compared to what you are receiving. but at the end of the day the main bottleneck is your internet connection speed

Business Users:

Desktop diagnoses - do you have that one user that always has problems with their computer? let us have a look. most errors are one off little bugs which can be fixed easily and make the users life run alot more smoothly. we can diagnose faults in most office based software from Office 97-2010 - Sage - Adobe Products - AutoCad - SAP - Anti-virus - Internet Explorer

Server diagnoses - if your Servers are causing you problems, we have large experience in diagnoses of SQL - Exchange - Active directory - File servers - Print Servers - Clusters - SAN - NAS - IIS -

- Most server problems are caused by slow drives or incompatible hardware which you have paid a large amount of money for, expecting it all to work -
- Dont let your raid array fall down around you, regular checks will keep you on your toes...and if you are not using a raid on your server call us and get it sorted, there is nothing worse than losing everything in an instant especially in a production enviroment and having to wait for things to come online -

Network Diagnoses - if you have slow areas in your network or areas losing connection completely we have experience from basic office networks to large industrial networks running fibre.

- most network problems are usually down to bottlenecks either with old switches/hubs or servers only using one network card with high demand but we will find this for you -

Firewall/Anti-Virus Diagnoses - problems getting the internet or getting access into your own? we work with a wide range of firewalls and Anti-Virus solutions so we can diagnose and configure new policies/services and exceptions to get you up and running

Programing - we are not software engineers but we can take a look at any software errors you are having and recommend solutions or alternatives if needed - we do have preferred programing specialists if you wish to have them look or even create you a custom program from scratch

With any diagnoses job: please provide as much information as possible, so many jobs turn into bigger problems when people make changes to systems and dont tell anyone what they have done or what the changes effect

All projects/jobs taken are done on a 'No Fix No Fee' basis although there may be a charge on diagnostics/testing of devices
