Network: each diagram will be fully details including: networkname, make, model, addresses, usernames & passwords, configuration, backup file location, and date the last change was made. we can do actual site layouts and calbe runs or virtual diagrams showing where each cable starts and ends.
Creation of full network diagrams will only be provided as hard copies. All diagrams will be fully verified and signed off when complete before the finished product is provided to you. each diagram will be fully details including: networkname, make, model, addresses, usernames & passwords, configuration, backup file location, and date the last change was made.

All documentation we create will be given to you as a hardcopy (paper based) we will charge a small fee for softcopies (PDF/Word/Visio) - if you require no further assistance from us after the job we can either Archive you documentation on our servers fully encrypted or we can remove/delete all information for your security (there is no charge for the Archive and is always a good backup to have)
