All Home User repairs are covered on a 'no fix no fee' basis. any fix which requires new software/hardware will be purchased by the customer ONLY, we will suggest and show you what items you need and the best price you can find it for

we will try our very best to fix your computer on the spot within the first hour - if the job will take longer than an hour or needs multiple changes we will take the machine away to our lab facility to carry on the work.

Time Schedules will be given which depend on the current workload, all business/company workloads take presidence over Home User repairs

General Maintenance:

we can do a general maintenance on all machines, we will check with the customer as to which programs they currently use and suggest any sort of changes to the system that will improve the speed.for general maintenance steps include taking the machine away as this is a timely process which needs to run over many hours

Virus/maleware Removal:

depending on the infection jobs will always be attempted on site, we use upto 4 different removal programs which all search in specialised areas

we are firm supporters of Kaspersky Internet Security as the best pay-for computer security program on the market. the best freeware Anti-Virus program would be 'Microsoft Security Essentials'

New Builds:

suggesting best buys for the applications you are going to be using is our first step. Gaming rigs can be built bu only when a budget is given - only the tower is ever created i.e. Monitors, Speakers, Mice, Keyboards will not be included in the build so the customer will still have to purchase these items separatly. (we will suggest the best items but not include these in our budget)

Websites:

General Information Websites Only - for home users we can create basic websites only which include up to 5 linked pages, all images/logos/information must be provided by the customer

all other website settings needed will then make you a business user so indepth design applications can be used

All projects/jobs taken are done on a 'No Fix No Fee' basis although there may be a charge on diagnostics/testing of devices
