- Firewalls/wireless - we can check you firewall for invalid open ports which allow unknown incoming/outgoing activity into your business. for wireless we can use basic hacking software to try and access your network (this will include social engineering to gain access) we will also review your wireless security and complete a site survey to see how far your network extends from you place of work.
- E-mails - if you want to check e-mails incoming/outgoing from your business, we can use our tools and your logs to find insecure e-mails or spam moving between your users and the internet (spam is a major issue for all kinds of businesses this can cause your domain to get blacklisted and stop your e-mail system altogether)
- Internet - we can and configure web filter/anti-spam/anti-virus solutions to match your business needs to keep unwanted problems targeting your network)
Internal
- File Servers - worried users are getting access to confidential files and folders. We can check and set all the correct file permissions for your users and departments.
- USB Drives - There are huge problems for any business as so much can leave a company with little or no effort. The good news is there are ways to control this and we can show you how
- Internet Usage - This should always be mentioned. Facebook is one thing but illegal downloads / pornography / infected programs are another issue all together. Catching things like this before they become a major issue or a legal issue is a good step to take. But also monitoring user's activity is a good way to assess how you are spending you internet connection; this way at the end of the month you can see hoe efficiently your users spend their time at work
